After spinal surgery left Vanity Fair photographer Michael O’Neill with a paralysed arm, the photographer started practising yoga to help fire the muscles that weren’t working. As he used this process to kickstart his body, he became more interested in the philosophy and wanted to find out more about the masters of the philosophy. Rather than photograph the stars of the red carpet, he chose to photograph the stars of the yoga world instead.
