Highlights of Jordan
Spend five nights exploring Jordan from top to bottom. From its capital city to the famous Treasury, the wild desert landscape of the Wadi Rum to the mystifying Dead Sea, Jordan offers a range of sights, sounds and smells that will excite and entertain you throughout your trip.
Day 1 Arrival Jordan
Upon arrival at the airport you’ll be met by a representative and escorted by private car to your accommodation.
The rest of the day will be spent at leisure.
Day 2 Amman - Petra
This morning you'll meet your guide and driver and set off on the 3-hour drive south to Petra.
After settling into your accommodation, you’ll get to explore Petra - without a doubt Jordan’s most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction - with your guide.
You’ll discover the mystifying Al-Khazneh as well as the massive Nataean-built Roman-style theatre, which could once seat 3,000 people.
Day 3 Petra - Wadi Rum – Aqaba
You’ll rise early to watch the sunrise in Petra before continuing to the Wadi Rum for your jeep tour.
You’ll have the chance to explore many stunning sites including Lawrence Springs, Khazalee Mountain and Little Bridge before you continue to Aqaba and check into your hotel for the next two nights.
Day 4 Aqaba
This morning you’ll head to the city of Aqaba and visit the Aqaba Forte, museum and the Great Arab Revolt Square. Stroll around downtown Aqaba amongst the spice shops and authentic souvenir stalls.
Aqaba’s greatest asset is the Red Sea itself. This is your chance to experience some of the best snorkelling and diving in the world, and to swim with turtles and dolphins.
You’ll depart through scenic Zara (Wadi Araba) and arrive at your accommodation in the late afternoon. Spend the rest of your day relaxing.
Day 5 Departure
Spend the day by the Dead Sea (relaxing or floating or both!), before being transferred to the airport for your onward journey home.
