Arrival London

Upon arrival at London Heathrow, you’ll be escorted by car to your accommodation in Mayfair.

The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure – you might like to explore the boutiques of Bond Street or indulge in a traditional afternoon tea at Brown’s.

Day 2
London

Enjoy a full-day guided sightseeing trip of Royal London, starting with the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace. You’ll also see St James’s Palace and Kensington Palace, travel down The Mall to Horse Guards Parade, tour Westminster Cathedral, lunch at one of the Queen’s favourite hotels, The Goring, and round off the day with a VIP trip to Harrods.

Day 3
London

We’ll tailor your second day’s guided sightseeing in London to your interests, including some that are linked to the famous TV show, The Crown. Options include: a day exploring Southwark Cathedral (one of the filming locations); Borough Market and the Tower of London; taking a boat trip to Greenwich to see the Royal Observatory; or browsing Mayfair’s boutiques that have a coveted Royal Warrant.

Day 4
London – Hatfield House – Cambridge

After breakfast at Brown’s, you’ll head north to Hatfield House, where Queen Elizabeth I grew up. It’s also a filming location for The Crown.

Continue to Cambridge, where you’ll check into your accommodation and have a little leisure time to relax.

Cambridge

The city of Cambridge is brimming with beautiful buildings and fascinating history. You’ll enjoy a guided walking tour of the city, including King’s College and its famous Chapel, before hopping on a boat and exploring from the water on your privately chauffeured punt.  

Depending on the time of year and availability, attend Evensong at King’s College Chapel.

Day 6
Cambridge – Ely – Edinburgh

After breakfast you’ll take the short trip north to Ely with your private guide, where you’ll explore Ely Cathedral, the filming location for the wedding of Princess Elizabeth and Prince Phillip in The Crown.

Continue to Peterborough where you’ll join the train to Edinburgh. Here, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel in the city.

Edinburgh

Explore Edinburgh’s Royal Mile and Old Town on a guided excursion, starting with a pre-opening tour of Edinburgh Castle.

After winding through the cobbled streets of the Old Town, you’ll head to Leith to visit the Royal Yacht Britannia.

Edinburgh – London – Cliveden

Enjoy a morning shopping in Edinburgh’s New Town before catching a plane south to London Heathrow.

You’ll be greeted at the airport and taken to your hotel, where Meghan Markle spent the night before her wedding to Prince Harry.

Windsor

Start the day with a visit to Windsor Castle, the largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world and a residence of HM The Queen. In the afternoon, enjoy a luxurious cruise on the River Thames with a picnic basket full of treats.

Day 10
Oxford

Today you’ll head to the university city of Oxford, where you’ll be accompanied on a guided walking tour of the city to learn about its fascinating royal heritage. You’ll visit Christ Church College and discover the city’s role in the English Civil War.

In the afternoon you’ll have the option of spending more time in Oxford to visit the Ashmolean Museum, or take an excursion to the designer shopping outlet of Bicester Village.
