A Long Weekend in Hong Kong
Discover a luxury holiday to Hong Kong, a city with a wealth of activities and sights waiting to be discovered. This four-day itinerary takes you through the streets of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon District, where you will discover the locals’ lifestyle, delicious dim sum, and a bit of shopping.
Day 1 Arrival Hong Kong
Upon arrival at the airport you’ll be escorted by car to your accommodation in the city.
The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure.
Relax at the hotel, or head out to explore Victoria Harbour, Disneyland Hong Kong, Victoria Peak, or Lantau Island. Your Lightfoot Travel Consultant can recommend activities to suit your interests prior to departure.
Day 2 Hong Kong
Savour a traditional breakfast at a local street café, then set off on your guided tour of Hong Kong. You’ll wander the Central and Western district, visit Man Mo Temple, browse the vibrant markets, and head up The Peak for superb city views.
Feast on roast goose for lunch, then head to the colonial outpost of Stanley.
Head to a rooftop bar for sundowners, and enjoy watching as the city lights up as night falls.
Day 3 Hong Kong – Kowloon
Today you’ll head off to explore the neighbouring island of Kowloon.
Discover the Tang Dynasty-style Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden and visit the vibrant Wong Tai Sin Temple.
The day includes lunch in a Michelin-starred restaurant, a visit to the Jade Market, and a trip down the city’s oldest street for afternoon tea.
Top off the day with a wander along the Avenue of Stars Promenade for sublime views of the famous Hong Kong skyline.
Day 4 Departure
Today, you have time to browse the international brand shops at the Citygate Outlet Mall, before returning to the airport to board your onward flight.
