Its 25 luxurious canvas tents are dotted along the waterfront, designed to resemble a heritage great camp, with options for in-tent en suites. Interiors have a vintage feel with antique furnishings, fireplace and oil lamps complementing electric amenities.
Dine in the open-kitchen Cookhouse where chef Timothy May prepares barbecue buffet lunches and dinners with fresh local produce. Relax, drink-in-hand, at Ivanhoe Glass Lounge with 11-foot-high windows overlooking the estuary, where the Bedwell River meets the Pacific.
