The Estate sits in the heart of Hunter Valley in New South Wales, a region renowned for its incredible wines and rejuvenating surroundings.

Twelve guest rooms await with king-sized beds, fireplaces, and cozy furnishings. Some have shaded terraces or private balconies. Families and friends traveling together should go for the four-bedroom Vineyard’s House.

The restaurant serves sublime dishes combining classical techniques with local ingredients and modern flair. The accompanying wine comes from the world-class wine cellar. Elsewhere within the property there are granite fireplaces, baskets of logs, loungey sofas, and noughts and crosses boards on low tables. There’s also a relaxing spa offering signature treatments using Australian products for pure indulgence.

Located in the tranquil Hunter Valley, Spicers Vineyards Estate is situated among rolling vineyards and native bushland, in the heart of New South Wales. The Estate is an easy 2-hour drive from Sydney International Airport.

Accommodation
Spicers Vineyards Estate offers an intimate collection of just 12 rooms, set between the property’s private 8-acre vineyard and the natural bushland of Hunter Valley. Every one of the luxurious suites comes complete with an ensuite spa bath, flatscreen TV, iPod docking station, and wood-burning fireplace – a personal haven of peace and tranquility.

Ground-floor rooms open onto large verandas overlooking the manicured lawns, while those on the first floor boast sweeping views of the vineyards and the mountains beyond. All rooms are designed in a palette of soothing, neutral tones, and include a king-size bed, the perfect place for sweet dreams.

Activities
Hunter Valley has been a premier wine region for almost 200 years. The rolling vineyards, found for miles around, remain one of the area’s top attractions, but look a bit deeper and there’s so much more. There are world-class golf courses, magnificent horseback rides, mountain bike and walking trails, and hot air balloon rides that give guests the opportunity to take in the majestic scenery of the area all at once.

Spa Anise is also an attraction not to be missed.
