There are nine traditional Japanese rooms with tatami mats and futon bedding, five Western-style rooms, and two Western-style log cabins that offer more privacy and a comfortable hammock on the terrace. All rooms have sea views with superb sunsets throughout the summer, while the en suites have Japanese Yukata robes and complimentary toiletries.
Japanese breakfast is included, featuring a selection of dishes on a custom-made wooden tray. Evening meals are do-it-yourself tempura with wild spring vegetables and fresh seafood.
After a day exploring the Shiretoko National Park and Five Lakes, unwind in the indoors male and female onsens. For a special treat, reserve the outdoors onsen where you can bathe under the stars while gazing out to sea.
