The understated and elegant hotel is a place of tranquillity and reflection, maintaining its core vocation: to offer a calm haven for guests of all ages. The hotel is family-friendly although there are no specific facilities for children. There are three restaurants, an idyllic 'hidden' garden with apricot, lemon and olive trees and a magnificent Roman bath with an open-air swimming pool, plus a 20-metre lap pool in the garden. The Movement Studio offers dance, functional workouts, gym, yoga and other ground-based exercises.
Gastronomy
At Hôtel du Couvent, cooking is a cherished tradition. Enjoy exceptional dining at the Cloister Restaurant, Guinguette Café, and Bistro on Rue des Serruriers, each offering perfectly cooked dishes, natural wines, and understated service. The hotel uses fresh ingredients from its farm in Touët-sur-Var, including fruits, vegetables, and eggs. Bread is baked daily on-site, and herbs from the garden and homemade preserves are used.
Accommodation
There are 70 rooms and 18 suites (with an average size of 484 sq ft/42 sqm). The convent offers a wide range of accommodations: from monastic-type rooms to suites with a balcony or a private garden. Rooms vary offering views of gardens, the old city of Nice, or the Mediterranean Sea. Apartments up to 1,700 sq ft offering a large kitchen, La Cornue range cooker, and dining room are also available.

The Hotel du Couvent is located in Nice old town right next to the Chateau de Nice, about 20 minutes from Nice International Airport.
