Day 1 Arrival San Jose
Upon arrival at San Jose, you’ll be escorted by car to your hotel.
The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure.
Day 2 Pacuare Rainforest
This morning your guide will collect you from your hotel and drive you to the Pacuare River, stopping en route for a traditional Costa Rican breakfast.
After a thorough brief, you’ll embark on a rafting adventure into the rainforest, where you’ll check into your accommodation.
Day 3 Pacuare
Spend today at your own leisure, exploring the flora and fauna of the Pacuare Rainforest.
Immerse yourself in the pristine rainforest surroundings and enjoy the wide range of activities and unique experiences available; hike ancient trails to hidden waterfalls, explore the forest canopy or perhaps dine in the treetops.
In the evening the lodge is lit by candlelight creating a peaceful and relaxing feel within nature.
Day 4 Pacuare - Arenal
Today you’ll continue your river adventure as you raft out of the rainforest and pick up your transfer to Arenal and the mighty Arenal Volcano.
Day 5 Arenal Volcano National Park
Enjoy a relaxing morning before heading off on an afternoon adventure to the Arenal Volcano National Park. Hike along the path of an old lava flow, enjoy the scenery, spot tropical flora and fauna, and end your trip with a soak in the Tabacon Hot Springs followed by dinner.
Day 6 Arenal Volcano National Park
Prepare for more action and adventure.
Ride the Sky Tram gondola to an observation point in the Arenal Volcano National Park, then pick up the Sky Trek zipline and see the park from a different perspective.
Day 7 Tambor - Nicoya Peninsula
Fly from San Jose to Tambor, where you’ll be escorted to your beachfront villa in Santa Teresa.
The remainder of your day will be spent at leisure.
Day 8 Nicoya Peninsula
Spend the next three days exploring the tropical jungle and pristine beaches of Santa Teresa.

Day 9 Departure
Today you’ll be escorted to the airport for your onward journey.
