Location & Getting There
Nestled in the Gallon Jug Estate in Northwestern Belize, Chan Chich Lodge is a 3-4 hour drive away from Belize International Airport. Alternatively, guests may wish to hop on a 30-minute flight into the Gallon Airstrip followed by a 15-minute car ride to Chan Chich Lodge.
Accommodation
All twelve cottages at Chan Chich Lodge are locally handcrafted and built on top of the Mayan Temple the property protects, making each cottage unique. Guests can take in surrounding garden views and enjoy birdsong as they relax in hammocks on their wrap around veranda in the Deluxe Cottage. Families can enjoy the ample space of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs in the Luxury Cottage. All rooms come with biodegradable organic soaps in an effort to keep the carbon footprint down.

From archaeological walks to bird watching, allow Chan Chich Lodge’s three full-time naturalist guides to give you an experience you will never forget. Canoeing on the nearby lake and horseback riding on the property will leave the kids wanting more.
