This luxury tented camp lies on a major wildebeest migration corridor in the breathtaking Moru Kopjes in Tanzania’s famed Serengeti National Park. Offering a traditional safari camp atmosphere in comfortable surroundings, guests also benefit from year-round game viewing including the annual Great Migration which virtually passes through the camp twice a year.
Dunia Camp provides eight elegant tented suites built on raised wooden platforms with expansive verandas, where you can relax with a G&T as you watch the abundant game on the grassy plains in front of you. The accommodation is spacious and welcoming and features unexpected home comforts such as bathrobes and hot water bottles. This is the only 100% female run camp in the Serengeti – everyone from back of house to front of house!
Every meal can be served in a different location as you choose from having a home-cooked breakfast served overlooking the Serengeti or a bush dinner at a romantic location up to 5km from the camp.

Location and getting there
Dunia Camp is located in the Moru Kopjes in southern Serengeti in Tanzania. It is an hour’s drive from Seronera airstrip, which is a 2-hour light aircraft flight from Arusha.
Accommodation
The camp comprises 8 spacious and comfortable canvas tents built on raised wooden platforms. Each one is decorated in classic safari style and features a king-size bed, chunky wooden furniture, a bathroom with hot-water bucket shower and flush toilet, and a raised verandah overlooking the grassy plains.
There is a larger tent with separate bedrooms that is ideal for families.
Activities
The focus is on morning and evening game drives, but you can go on walking safaris and enjoy dining in the bush. A hot air balloon flight can be arranged.
Children
The camp welcomes families with children aged 5 and over, however as there are no specific facilities for them and the camp is unfenced, it is more suited to those with older children. There is a larger tent with separate bedrooms that is ideal for families. Families with children under 12 are obliged to use a private game vehicle.
