The Silo Hotel

Located in a historic grain silo above the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), The Silo Hotel is a luxury hotel on Cape Town’s iconic Waterfront. With the exterior designed by London-based architect Thomas Heatherwick and interiors by Liz Biden, this Royal Portfolio property offers an extraordinary stay.

There are 28 guestrooms and suites across six room categories, each with a remarkable, jewel-like window providing views over the harbour, city, or Table Mountain. The rooms are decorated with an eclectic collection of fabrics and furniture, contemporary artworks and artefacts, and each has a balcony and en suite with views from the bathtub.

The Willaston Bar occupies the sixth floor along with the Granary Café, which serves contemporary à la carte meals, afternoon teas and Sunday roasts. There’s also a café and bar next to the rooftop pool, and an indulgent spa.
