The Lodhi

The Lodhi is a hip urban retreat that reflects India’s traditional heritage and modern culture, located in a smart, tree-lined residential area.

This former Aman hotel provides 40 spacious and ultra-stylish rooms and suites located in an elegant, nine-storey main building. Chic interiors combine contemporary flair with local influences and feature king-size beds, floors made from local stone and luxurious bathrooms. Each room also comes with its own private plunge pool and expansive balcony.

The facilities include two restaurants; Elan, which serves international dishes, and Over The Water, which offers Asian, Middle Eastern and Italian fare. There’s also bars, a long pool, a pilates studio and spa, a gym and tennis courts. There’s also an impressive collection of contemporary art.

Location & Getting There

The hotel sits close to the Aravalli mountain range in northern India, which is a 40-minute drive away from Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.

Accommodation

All 40 rooms and suites have their own private pool and extensive balcony. The Lodhi rooms and Lodhi Deluxe rooms have an open plan living and bedroom area, with the latter offering views over the hotel's courtyard. Premier rooms are the most spacious rooms in the city, with views of the city skyline, hotel gardens, and the Nizamuddin Village in a distance. Suites are two-bedroom with a living and dining area. Deluxe suites offer the same amenities, with an inclusion of complimentary daily breakfast.

Guests are free to explore the nearby Lodhi gardens, attend cooking lessons in the Lodhi Kitchen, visit the neighbouring Nizamuddin Village and Humayan's Tomb, go shopping at Khan Market, Meher Chand Market and Connaught Place, discover the ruins of Mehrauli archeological site and join cycling or rickshaw tours to Old Delhi.
