The owner-run lodge is divided into two camps, each with fifteen tented suites spread out across the edge of the valley for maximum privacy. These glass-fronted suites combine contemporary style with Massai influences and feature expansive decks perfect for relaxing on as you admire the 180-degree views. Each tent comes with the added luxury of butler service.
Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara, enjoy a bird’s eye view in a hot air balloon, head out on a walking safari or indulge in romantic picnic on the kopje where Out of Africa was filmed. Or simply sip a cocktail on the deck as you watch wildlife in action below.

Location and getting there
The lodge is located in the Masai Mara National Reserve and is best accessed from Nairobi.
Accommodation
It comprises 15 100-sqm tented suites in two camps. Each suite is glass fronted with a canvas roof and features highly polished parquet floors, modern furnishings and splashes of Massai red. Each camp has two family tents.
Activities
There emphasis is on game drives, and The Mara Triangle, known for its big game, is a 25-minute drive from the lodge. Other activities include hot air ballooning, walking safaris or visiting a Maasai village.
Children
The lodge welcomes children of all ages and interconnecting tents are available.
