With nine rooms and suites, the estancia has a personal feel. The accommodation is tastefully appointed with antique-style furniture and plush fabrics, while the bathrooms have huge bathtubs and separate showers. Guests are invited to relax in the elegant communal lounge and bar.
The onsite restaurant serves a seasonal menu and has an excellent wine list. Guests can also learn how to prepare a traditional Argentinian asado (barbeque).
There are a number of included activities including horseback riding, polo, mountain biking, hiking, birdwatching, and various farm activities for children. Excursions can be arranged to the nearby golf course.

El Colibrí offers 9 elegant and spacious rooms and suites, each uniquely decorated and featuring sumptuous furnishing. The Colibri Suite features a spacious living room with a fireplace that stands out, together with an extended private terrace that overlooks the garden. For those wishing to indulge, this Suite Colibri is sublime. Suites and Junior Suites also have private terraces that provide a magnificent garden view.
Activities
El Colibrí offers the opportunity to experience Argentinean country living and provides an extensive array of activities. Guests are able to enjoy wine and olive oil tastings, choose to head out for a romantic lunch on the river, go bird watching, hiking, hunting, horse riding, play golf or take up cooking classes.

The ranch is a paradise for children and there are all sorts of activities they can get involved in, from helping milk cows to collecting eggs and assisting with sheep-shearing.

This Relais & Chateaux property is also a working ranch with many horses, cows and sheep. Polo is played here, and the vast open fields are excellent for riding, polo, mountain biking, hiking and birdwatching. The bathrooms have huge bathtubs which are very welcoming after a busy day of activities.
