Located in a renovated 19th-century manor house on a hill, this stunning property boasts 41 rooms, nine suites, and seven villas – some of which are decked with private pools and gardens. All accommodations boast super views over the sprawling landscape.
With its own organic garden, dining at the property is a celebration of the region’s produce. The Six Senses Spa is an impressive sanctuary for relaxation with 10 treatment rooms, an outdoor pool, and a fully equipped gym.
Wine is at the heart of the region, and Six Senses Douro Valley offers numerous activities relating to the region’s most prized possession: wine and dines river cruises can be arranged, go on an enology course, visit nearby wineries, and stomp grapes during the harvest.
