Golden Crown Levin Igluts
Finnish LaplandPerched on the slopes of Utsuvaara Fell in Finnish Lapland, Golden Crown Levin Iglutis a unique hotel consisting of glass igloos and a luxury house surrounded by Arctic wilderness – with front-row seats for the Northern Lights.
The cozy, insulated igloos are made from electrically heated, non-fogging glass. Inside, there’s a small kitchen, shower, toilet, and motorized beds so you can find the optimum position to watch the Northern Lights. Premium igloos offer uninterrupted views, and there’s a luxury house with an outdoor hot tub and private sauna.
Restaurant Aurora Sky offers Scandinavian cuisine made from fresh Arctic produce. Located in the main lodge, the top floor of the restaurant has a glass roof.
Levin Iglut is open from the end of August to the end of April. Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, reindeer and husky safaris, and snowshoeing, while earlier in the season there’s horse riding, golfing, hiking, and rafting.

Location & Getting There
The hotel is situated 10 km from the resort town of Levi in Lapland, Finland. It is 17 km from Kittila Airport, which can be reached via a connecting flight from Helsinki.
Accommodation
There are 4 Premium Igloos sleeping 2 guests and 8 Superior Igloos, ideal for families. Each igloo is well insulated and heated and features a well-equipped kitchenette, shower, and toilet, and a motorized double bed that can be converted into twin beds. The Northern Lights Luxury House sleeps up to 8 guests. It has two lavish suites, a sauna, and a terrace with a hot tub.

The hotel is located near Levi and all the activities it has to offer from skiing and snowshoeing to reindeer rides and ice-karting.
