Location & Getting There
Como Parrot Cay is located on its own private island in the Turks and Caicos in the Caribbean. It is a 50-minute car and boat transfer from Providenciales International Airport, which is a 1-hour 20-minute flight from Miami.
Accommodation
It comprises 20 rooms ranging from 57-sqm Terrace Rooms to the spectacular 300-sqm Como Villa (3-bedroom). Light and airy interiors are decorated in a contemporary style using Indonesian teak wood and a color palette of white and cream. Each room features a four-poster bed with white voile drapes, a spacious veranda or sundeck, a stylish bathroom, and all modern amenities. Many of the villas and houses come with direct beach access.
Activities
The array of activities on offer includes complimentary non-motorized water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking as well as tennis, yoga, and Pilates classes. Motorized water sports, scuba diving, and deep-sea fishing are at an additional cost. The magnificent COMO Shambhala Spa features an extensive menu of Asian-inspired treatments and has an outdoor Jacuzzi garden.
Children
The resort is ideal for families and there is plenty to keep kids entertained including an array of supervised activities for 2 to 12-year-olds. Babysitting is available on request.

Even by Caribbean standards, the beaches in the Turks and Caicos are stunning, and Parrot Cay has the best of the lot. The sands here stretch for miles and being a private island, guests at Parrot Cay can enjoy it in complete privacy. The rooms are lovely, but we especially like the beach villas – the typical COMO style we know and adore, with a private pool and direct beach access. Alternatively, many of the private homes are also available for rental as well.
