The Casa Grande Restaurant is found in the central hub of the hotel. Offering Mediterranean dishes with a hint of Caribbean flair, each meal is its own indulgent feast. Dishes are created using locally sourced food and daily caught fish.
Removed from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, the Amanera is secluded but not isolated with a wide number of activities available nearby. Enjoy a whale-watching trip, learn the Dominican art of cigar rolling, or play a round of golf.
