The log cabin-style main building contains the Highland Restaurant, which serves premium Tasmanian food and wine, as well as the rustic Tavern Bar and Bistro.
Spend your days exploring the UNESCO-listed Tasmanian wilderness on guided walks and drives, helicopter tours, and night spotlighting tours. Go horseback riding, fly-fishing, canoeing, and wildlife watching, before heading back to the Waldheim Alpine Spa or your own log fire.
