Qorokwe Camp

Located in a high-density game area of the South-Eastern Okavango, Qorokwe Camp is surrounded by abundant wildlife in a private concession that has a diverse variety of landscapes, from woodlands to floodplains.

The camp houses eight classic tented suites and one exclusive family suite with a splash pool in an expanse of over 60,000 stunning acres. With beige-brown tones and Botswana wood materials, the suites blend African safari design with all mod cons. There’s also a convertible indoor-outdoor shower in each tented suite.

The camp is 100% solar powered, while all water is heated by thermodynamic geysers, thereby reducing the camp’s carbon emissions. In addition, this property plays an important role in the empowerment of local communities.

Apart from wildlife sightings, guests can also experience encounters with the indigenous heritage of the Bayei tribes and enjoy guided canoeing. After a busy day take a dip in the infinity pool, enjoy a festive boma evening, or just relax in the lounge, library or bar.

Location & Getting There

Qorokwe camp is located in the South-Eastern Okavango in Botswana. Guests can reach Qorokwe camp by flying into Maun airport via Johannesburg and then the Okavnango Delta by a light aircraft.

Decked in a myriad of beige-brown tones and tribal prints, the eight classic tented suites and family suite of Qorokwe camp conjure a safari spirit amidst the vast plains of Okavango. Each tent features a convertible indoor-outdoor shower whilst the exclusive family suite comes with a private splash pool, perfect for an outdoor African afternoon.
