Here, a cluster of 300-year-old yposkafa – traditional cave dwellings carved out of the landscape – have been transformed into 20 spare studios and suites. The result is stunning; the cool ‘caves’ feature dashes of lilac and hot pink, black stone paths burst with bright geraniums, and meals are served in a converted wine cellar.
