Children are catered for with activities showing them the secrets of the bush.

Activities

Its close location to the Northern Corridor, where millions of wildebeest pass through during the yearly migration, makes it a perfect place for game viewing and quite an experience. While on a game drive, it is fairly common to spot the Big Five and walking safaris are also a great way to experience the wilderness. For something even more unique, guests can hop aboard a hot-air balloon for a panoramic aerial safari. Star gazers can also learn about the various formations in Kenya’s unpolluted skies.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome and under-threes stay free at Sala's Camp. There is much for children to learn whilst on a special safari programme where the spotters teach young guests all the secrets of the bush. Activities include searching for the 'toothbrush tree' and spotting the 'Little Five' on game drives. Baby-sitters and special menu for children also available by prior arrangement.
