The hotel is comprised of 40 suites ranging from Deluxe 1 and 2-bedrooms to the glamorous Grand Suites and the unique Platinum Suite with two fireplaces and a huge outdoor terrace. Rooms also feature the clever inclusion of gourmet minibars, bathrooms with floor heating, and mist-free mirrors in the suites, with some rooms providing a washer/dryer as well.

Just a 30-minute walk via the Botanical gardens to the city, guests are close to many of Melbourne's most famous sites including art galleries, museums, and premier sporting arenas.
