The hotel features 63 spacious apartment-style suites with access to 24 hours a day H Market where guests can purchase snacks and goodies. There’s also a spa and gym, and excellent access to the ski area’s central gondola. All guests have access to boot dryers to ensure warm, dry and toasty feer for the next day on the mountain.
There are several eateries and retail outlets on the ground floor, and guests can start their day at the on-site cafe enjoying an energising smoothie, or a coffee and pastry.
Spend your days exploring the famous backcountry, racing down groomers or practicing turns on the green runs. In the evenings, head to Michelin-starred restaurant, Kamimura. For something more casual, there are numerous options within five minutes’ walk of the property.

“Whilst Hyatt House Niseko is not a ski-in/ski-out property, it’s really well located right in the centre on of Hirafu village, which is the main hub for the top restaurants here. This makes it super convenient for going out to dinner and walking around the village. The property also runs a private shuttle bus to and from the main Hirafu Gondola making getting to the slopes super easy. The apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows allowing in lots of light and offering some fantastic views of Yotei Mountain.”
