DumaTau is situated in the private Linyanti Wildlife Reserve bordering the western boundary of Chobe National Park in Botswana. Overlooks a hippo-filled lagoon, it offers some of the best game viewing in the region. It's also the sister camp of Savuti Camp.
Here you’ll find eight twin -and two light and airy -family tents each featuring contemporary décor, whitewashed wooden floors, natural-coloured furnishings, an en suite bathroom with his and hers copper basins and a veranda. As the entire eco-camp is elevated above ground, the views are especially maximised.
Communal areas include a dining area where delicious meals are served, an authentic bush pub, sitting room, outdoor boma, and a swimming pool with magnificent panoramas
There are plenty of activities on offer from day and night game drives to floating on a river barge down the river and nature walks. After a busy morning, spend a lazy afternoon watching the hippos frolic in the lagoon.

Location and getting there
DumaTau is located in the private Linyanti Wildlife Reserve on the western boundary of Chobe National Park in northern Botswana. It is 45 minutes from Kasane International Airport followed by a 30-minute drive.
Accommodation
There are eight twin and two family tents each featuring contemporary décor, whitewashed wooden floors, natural-coloured furnishings, an ensuite bathroom with his and hers copper basins; and a verandah. These canvas tents are light and airy and feature.
Activities
The camp is famed for the huge number of elephants in the area. It is also in a prime location for spotting the Big Five as well as cheetah and wild dog. Enjoy the thrill of game drives, both day and night; spend the afternoon at the Savute Hide; go fishing; or visit the carmine bee-eater nesting colony.
Children
The camp welcomes children aged eight or over and babysitting is available. Activities such as bush arts and crafts can be arranged. Children must be supervised at all times as the camp is not fenced.
